Demographic Transition Model
I believe Bangladesh is in the category of Stage 3 of the demographic transition model. The evidence that led me to believe that is the birth rate was at 23 per 1000 people, which is not too high but declines fairly rapidly compared to other countries such as in Africa. Also, the death rate was 6 per 1000 people which makes it low. Another thing is that the population growth is 1.3%, the growth slowing down. The shape of the population pyramid also matches with Stage 3.
